The Gypsy King retired back in April following his win over Dillian Whyte.
When he did this, he vacated his Ring Magazine belt, but kept hold of his WBC world title.
Fury reason for doing so was that if he chose to return, he could attempt to win it again and become only the second ever man to be a three-time Ring heavyweight champion – matching a feat achieved by Muhammad Ali.
He first won the belt in 2015 by outpoint Wladimir Klitschko and claimed it for a second time when he stopped Deontay Wilder in their rematch.
Ring Magazine approved the Oleksandr Usyk vs Anthony Joshua rematch to be for the vacant crown in August.
Usyk emerged victorious by split decision and so he is the man Fury must beat if he is to make history.

At the start of this month though, Fury returned by stopping Derek Chisora.
The resumption of his career has seen him re-enter the Ring rankings.
However, he is of course no longer top dog as he is no longer the champion.
