Stephen Curry and the Warriors have won the NBA title four times now. With the last one coming in most recently, in the last season, one of the best shooters in the world, Curry, has proved to everyone that the Warriors dynasty is still as strong as ever. The grit and the level that the team plays at is on another level. They’ve faced a lot of challenges throughout their career runs, and they’ve almost every time overcome them and came back stronger.
To defeat the team, many teams have tried their best. Since every team plays at the highest level of competition, it sometimes makes things ugly and difficult between teams and players. A similar thing happened between Steph and Chris Paul during the Playoffs of 2019.
Stephen Curry fires at Chris Paul
Stephen Curry’s Golden State Warriors were facing Chris Paul’s Houston Rockets in the Western Conference semi-finals. Both the teams played on the highest level and with the spot to conference finals on the line, the series was a tough one.
In the midst of this, an incident happened at the Toyota Center, Houston. During game 6, the Warriors were visiting Houston to take a chance at closing the series by winning and taking the 4-2 lead. Locked in with one and only motive of winning the series, Curry had booked the court for an hour ahead of the match to do some shooting practice.
